Kale Chips

These are the EASIEST snack food in the universe.  Take some kale.  Cut out the stem.  Cut the leafy part into chip sized pieces.  Drizzle generously with olive oil and kosher salt.  Pop it in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes and they’re crispy and ready to enjoy!
